If you've purchased any Objective Decision product, you are entitled to free email support.

All support requests must be initiated using our contact form. If you can't find a solution to your problems in our knowledgebase, you can submit a Ticket by selecting the appropriate channel below. Our support team makes it best to answer your emails within 48 business hours.

Bug Report

Use this form to report problems you encounter using the software. This includes application unexpectedly quitting, software becoming unresponsive, problems using applications, functionality that you think is not working improperly.

Assistance

You can use this form to submit feedback if you are having difficulty using our software or you encounter something that is causing confusion.

Suggestion

Use this form if you want to request additional functionality that is not currently in our software. It would be useful if you outline what task you are unable to accomplish because the functionality is missing and / or include reasons why you think the feature would be beneficial.

Objective Decision License Retrieval System

If you have previously purchased software licenses from Objective Decision and have since lost your electronic key, you can request it by entering the e-mail address you used when you registered. Any licenses registered to the email address you specify will be emailed to that address. Please enter only one address at a time.

For security reasons, this page can email licenses only to the address under which they are registered.
