3.8 upgrade not to be found?
Pro -- I was able to check for updates and find 3.8
Express -- I am not (I get an error).
Is there a version of 3.8 for Express yet?

Yes there is. In case of doubt always look at our website. Updating from the app is simply for convenience, it is equivalent to downloading the version on the website (except that we often delay the release on the website to avoid a download burst)
